As a trained Musical Theatre performer, with ten years of professional experience within the entertainment sector, Lindsey developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. Throughout her career, she honed a sensitivity to the needs of her own body, an understanding of body mechanics, sustaining mental and physical health and the importance of massage for muscle recovery: These experiences inspired her to train as a massage therapist and pursue a career where she can assist others in relieving stress and promoting healing, whilst improving their quality of life.
